About Me

I am a 65-year-old, wife, mother and grandmother. I have a BSW and worked as Social Worker and completed a two-year Spiritual Direction course through Haden Institute. Social Work is indeed a helping profession, but I found something lacking in my work. I knew from my own roller coaster ride of a life for all we can humanly do there is a greater power that power can be of more help. It was always Gods hand reaching down that got me through some dark days. One skill I have always and further developed as a Social Worker is meeting people where they are in their personal life story. You may be having your first inkling of interest in your journey with God, in a time of crisis or just need a companion to help you move along a well-established road. As your spiritual director I will meet you where you are. My ministry to this point has been Spirit driven. Quite honestly God has put people in front of me and with His grace I was able to help them get back to the happy, loving life God wants us all to live. I can be of help with transition as well as grief and loss. I have training specifically in loss from by suicide as well as trauma work. I hope that in a journey together more than anything we can find God in all things.
