About Me

I am a trained spiritual director, and ordained with the Canadian Baptists of Western Canada and have been offering spiritual direction for over 40 years. Over the span of 6 years in the early 2,000s, I created and directed a spiritual direction training program. My directees have included clergy, lay people, men, women, older seasoned Christians, millennials, and younger folk from college age and up. I had the wonderful privilege of teaching Christian Spirituality/spiritual formation at a Christian undergrad college for 10 ½ years. My role as a spiritual director continues, and now I am moving into offering group spiritual direction, as well as, I am supervising a spiritual director. Currently, I continue to teach prayer practices and guide prayer retreats.
     The reason that someone would seek me out for spiritual direction is because the Lord guided them to me. That is an important criterion for me. That is how I was led to my first spiritual director over 40 years ago.
